Mini box not responding to remote

I moved to pick up my remote and activated the Home Screen. However my remote won't scroll or click or operate the menu. I've tried the same remote on the main box so seems fine. I've rebooted the mini box - no joy. I've pressed 1&3 no menu opening.

it's just like the box won't respond to remotes? Any ideas? I've operated the menu using the SkyGo virtual remote.

Hi @MacSupMo

With the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Hi thanks for the response - I have tried that and don't again now. In pressing 7&9 the remote flashed red. Pressing 1&3 does nothing. The remote works on the other Tv. Like the box isn't getting the message?

Hi @MacSupMo

All you can do is make sure that the infrared sensor on the front of the mini is not obstructed and you are close to the mini and pointing the remote directly at the mini's sensor when you press 1 &3 together.
