&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you need to enter the engineers menu&lt;BR /&gt;To enter the engineers menu do the follow&lt;BR /&gt;press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light&lt;BR /&gt;do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;scroll down to apps &amp;gt; refresh&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you open the app from the (...) button do&amp;nbsp; you know if it is deifinitely the new SKY Sports app which typically starts with a list of live/upcoming Football &amp;amp; a left menu set of icons to take you to other sports ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suspect you are getting the old SKY SPorts app which had Results listings (I think) amongst other options&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It may be that your Software &amp;amp; apps are not fully up to date&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To check &amp;amp; refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A title="Software / Apps update" href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-basic-checks" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Software / Apps update&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It may now just be a case of wiating for the apps to refresh which can take up to a day or so&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Although initiating a refresh again shouldn;t do any harm&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The first thing to check is that you can access the &lt;STRONG&gt;new&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;SKY sports app from the app sextion.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you can access it OK from there to see if you can accesse&amp;nbsp; from the (...) &amp;amp; then see if the red button works&lt;/P&gt;
