topic Sky Q keeps losing internet connection (every day!!) in Sky Q

As the title says. I've tried all the reset options, including unplugging Sky Q, , manually re-connecting, re-starting the router. I have a Virgin Media broadband router.

When I try to reset, I'm told my connection is ok, then I'm asked if I really want to reset.

I've attached the screenshots that I'm shown each time.

In addition, I get a really patchy connection to my mini box, but I got fed up trying to reconnect it. Just wasting more money on Sky each month.

Thanks for any help, and regards,

Wattie.
