      <title>Unable to connect mini box, does not respond to remote</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to connect my mini box after it has worked normally in the past. I have rebooted the router, the main Q box, and the mini box. Now the mini box does not turn on with the remote. I have to press the red light button on the mini box to get it to turn green. This gives me the screen saying step 1 of 4 to connect, and to press the central button to continue, but doing so has no effect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Reset your mini remote by pressing&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;and holding 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;This will set it to infrared which will work all Q boxes. &amp;nbsp; However the remote must be pointed directly at the mini box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Switch your mini box back on and you then you should be able to get past step 1 of 4.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you get the mini working make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
