LG TV & Soundbar setup

So… just got an LG OLED55G46LS and an LG S60Q soundbar. I replaced my Sky Glass, as I thought the picture was shocking. The LG TV is lightyears ahead of the Sky Glass, but there’s so many settings, I’m struggling to find the optimum settings for the best sound. Any advice would be appreciated.
