      <title>Replacement equipment after flood ?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Question is please - My father in law has recently been flooded completely down stairs which In turn has effected his sky equipment! ie :- sky box, router and leads !!! How is he on for getting these replaced ? Is there a cost involved or is it a free replacement of the effected items ? After all it was of no fault of the customer whatsoever? Any information will be very much appreciated! Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
