Signal not retuning after scaffolding removed

We've recently been without signal due to scaffolding blocking it, but it's now been removed and still saying no signal. I've tried rebooting without success. Any other suggestions on what I could try please?

Is the message "no signal" or "no satellite signal"?

Suspect dish got knocked by scaffolders

will need an engineer visit if so but start here
