I like to listen to radio through my sky sound box and I use to be able to swiitch the tv off (so my screen does not get damaged tby hours of the same non moving image), however I can no longer do this, when I turn off the tv the sky q box turns off. Is ther a setting that will alow me to do this?

Try switching this to off:

Home - Settings - Setup - Preferences - Smart Standby Mode
