Sky Q box will not register it has been updated and the update page constantly appears. A system reset does not solve the fault.

Is the Message you are seeing definitely from the mini - could it be an update to your TVs firmware & thus needs the TVs remote to clear ?

Perhaps you could post a screenshot of the message if trying the TV remote doesn't clear it

Thanks, it was the TV, not the Sky Q box.
