Hi I'm wondering do I have the up to date remote for my q box I don't have the remote that you speak into, if so can I get one, thanks

You're asking other customers here - we can't send you one.

Either call Sky and ask nicely or buy one from a local retailer.

The non voice remotes were only sent with the minis in the first year or so, thus if your remote doesn;t have voice control then is it one for a mini ?

The older voice remotes (both Touch and later buttons) have a small button on the side to activate the voice control

To work with voice control, however, they must be paired with the box in bluetooth mode - is it possible you have a voice remote but it just isn't paired.

As @PandJ2020 you could try calling SKY to see if they will send a latest remote or just buy one from a variety of outlets
