Paramount plus error

Hello I keep trying to get the paramount plus app and each time I press get I receive error Mysky_2018

Please help

I have sky q and I have updated the qbox and refreshed the apps

This is normally fixed by checking your software is up to date on your main SKY box and any additional mini boxes. To update select settings, then System Info, then, on the right, Software version, then setup, then finally select Software download. After that has been downloaded, you usually have to go to standby so that the download can be installed fully.

Did you update any mini boxes as well and did you put each device on standby for at least 15 minutes to ensure updates had time to fully install?

Yes system is fully updated but the update code don't change

Pity, its a real pain when things don't work as they should. Other people have had problems with Paramount and a software update worked for them. I can't find what error code Mysky-2018 is all about other than some people have reported that it is just a glitch that sorts itself out.
