    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently upgraded to Sky fiber and since then I've had a few issues. Most recent one is when listening to Spotify on my Sky Q box, the song will stutter several times. &amp;nbsp;It doesn't cut out, it just stops for less than a second and continues. The other issue is the voice light will randomly turn amber and we lose internet connection. Not sure if issues are related but only got fiber last week and now Spotify is playing up. Not used Spotify on Sky Q box for a while so not sure if this is a new issue or not&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On your Spotify issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have not seen any recent posts here on any problems like this with Spotify.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See you have a fibre connection, so assume you have a good wifi or ethernet connection from your Sky Q box to your router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To find out if your Sky Q box is getting a good speed, try a network speed test on &amp;nbsp;the Sky Q box,, when the stuttering occurs.&lt;BR /&gt;Launch Netflix from the Sky Q box &amp;nbsp;(you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.&lt;BR /&gt;Choose Check Network to run the test.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, might be worth, refreshing your Sky Q apps;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-jSUZER hoQEVc"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky Q remote, then highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;0,0,1&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Select&lt;/STRONG&gt; to access the &lt;STRONG&gt;Installer menu&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Apps&lt;/STRONG&gt; then highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh all Apps on this box.&lt;/STRONG&gt; You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp; note this is an ongoing problem, mentioned in various forums, and it's now EIGHTEEN MONTHS without a fix. So please, Sky, get it sorted.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's nothing to do with connection issues, by the way. I have gigabit fibre (not from Sky). I can stream Spotify on all of my other devices (at the same time if I want) without any glitching. So it's not the Spotify app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Specifically it must be the way Sky Q buffers audio. The buffer is too small, chaps. That's the problem, as you are probably aware. If it's a hardware limitation (as well it may be) then please just admit it and we can all move on. If it's firmware then please fix it in the next update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Neil&lt;/P&gt;</description>
