      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to watch sky cinema which I subscribe to, a message tells me to upgrade using the red button. Then message already subscribed and code MYSKY_1802 appears.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also it may be worthwhile rebooting your router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have only recently added sky cinema it can take a few hours for the subscription to activate&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you go to the sky cinema on the sky go&amp;nbsp; app can you view films or do you get the message to upgrade on the movie channels.&amp;nbsp; If you can view the films the signal may need to get sent to your viewing card again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
