Tried but can't get any info on who to contact so posting here.

Have flashing red light on SKY Q box. Switching OFF/ON at mains has no effect.

It's busted!

What do I do now?

Sorry all, false alarm.

I have a smart plug (alexa controlled) on the electrical socket that seems to be playing up so I removed it and all has come up as normal.
