topic Internet drop out when starting from stand by in Sky Q

When ever I put my main sky box on standby when I switch it on again it drops off the internet so you can’t get the home info, apps or download shows. But if you switch it off at the mains it will join up at restart, likewise if you go to settings and reset the network connection. Any ideas why this is happening when put to stand by??
