Missing Added Channel

Anybody now what has happened to STV (West) HD. It used to be one of my added channels but for the last week or so I just get a black screen with "There is a technical fault with this channel"

Any thoughts anyone. Thanks in anticipation

Hi @Robdaly

Some channels have recently changed transponder.

You may need to retune the channel if it was manually tuned.
