Hello,

I have had my sky wifi delivered and is being fitted on the 8th, and I am supposed to be having my sky Q box installed on the 14th, but I haven't had any notifications about the delivery of my sky q box? And there is nothing on my account about being delivered, only the date when it's installed?

how does this work? Do the installers bring the box or should it be delivered?

The engineer brings the Sky Q box, a dish, remotes, cables and any mini boxes for a new install. A viewing card should be sent to you in the post to arrive before the installation date.
