Unable to find Panasonic TX-48MZ800B

Good morning, picked up a new TV yesterday, but unable to pair sky q remote or watch sky tv channels. Have carried out various instructions as previous results from other posts for a different model, but still no joy. Unable to find the Panasonic model too. Any help would be very much appreciated.
