Some buttons on sky q remite not wirking mostly buttons on right of wheel i can't scroll down ir go

Buttons on sky q remote were slow but now buttons on right side if the wheel aren't working so I can't scroll down or select .tv is stuck on motorbike racing. I have tried smchanging batteries,ckeaning remote,pressing 7 and 9 and then 1 and 3 but when I go to select tv make I have to scroll up to pick letters and when I eventually spell samsung I can't select it as buttons on right don't work so I'm stuck
