We have TNT sports provided by BT. It is constantly pixelated although every other channel is fine

We have been using TNT sports successfully for some time ( bought from BT) . In the past week it has become pixelated and says no satellite signal. Although every other channel works fine! Any advice what to do?

@JMS5 TNT's suite of channels broadcast on a weaker European transponder so a slightly misaligned dish will show such symptoms.

You'll need to call Sky to book an engineer.

We ended up cutting back some tree branches near our Sky dish. This seemed to sort it and improve the weak signal used by TNT. The rest of our channels were unaffected.

Call Sky to organise an engineer visit.

While you wait you can watch the rugby live or on demand via discovery+. You will need to make sure you have activated it first.
