Sound distorted

I have Sky Q - I'm getting sound distortion on certain channels but not all.

The channels it's doing it on used to be fine, seems to have just started recently.

I have tried switching off and rebooting but doesn't seem to help.

Anyone else had this and found a solution?

Have you tried setting the Q box HDMI audio to normal .

Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual.

Set HDMI Audio to Normal
