Thanks. I was just going to call Virgin when I noticed that for some reason Sky was showing my router as a Sky router and number. Since I don't have a Sky router it's obviously impossible to connect to something I don't have. Eventually I found a way to change it back to my normal Virgin router - so in this case it's obviously been a Sky problem.

I'm thinking this may be Virgin rather than Sky Q issue. Ever since Virgin did work on their systems close by we have not been able to get the internet on the TV regularly. If it isn't the main box then it's the mini box on its own not being connected. Is there anything we can do to sort this? I'm loathe to contact Virgin as they really are the worst company to deal with? Any tips anyone? Seriously thinking of dumping Virgin after 20 years and going with City Fibre.
