LG OLED - sky Q remote disconnecting daily

My sky q remote has recently started disconnecting form both the TV and the Q box daily!!

It's a mini box and i have changed over the boxes to a new box and remote, pressed 7&9 and reset with 1&3 but it keeps happening usually arount 11pm at night

Its being used by a disabled gent who cant get up to reset the box and its driving us both bonkers

Its been working just fine for around 3 years but we recently upgraded the Q box to a 2T so maybe this is the issue?

Any ideas would be welcomed before I take it outside and stamp on it lol
