&lt;P&gt;see the link below not sure why the engineer would change the dish and cables as the apps use your internet for access to streaming&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

There is nothing you can do about it for the moment other than use the apps on your smart TV or a dedicated streaming device such as a Firestick.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for that. Engineer changed the dish and cables as he said they were at end of life. I assumed streamed content to be internet driven but wondered if there was an interference from a faulty dish at the box. Guess we'll have to just wait for Sky to fix their apps then!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
