Failed Download no Subscription the never ending roundabout

Unable to Download anything that is not streamed Live. in HD/SD or UHD

We have had a new Sky Q Box, account re-set, 3 engineers out to look at the box.

No one can sort out the issue and i mean no one.

Now into week number 6 with this problem. We are left with the only option and thats to cancel Sky ( we have been a sky customer for over 30 years !)

My wife has clocked up a total of 12 hours talking to Sky Technical on 10 occassions.

Its beyond a joke now,

Just thought i would share this with anyone having the same issues.

Still ongoing, no one at Sky can provide a solution, Engineers come out and say " nothing i can do" " you need to phone support" and it keeps going round in circles.

Made a complaint, still nothing.

2 months and unable to download anything from catchup 😞
