      <title>sky q box issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i seem to be one of many that has pixelating/picture distorting&amp;nbsp; while using apps built into sky q box&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the same apps work fine on tv inbuilt apps so this as another user posted&amp;nbsp; this has got to be a sky tech issue&amp;nbsp; on phone earlier today got cut off yesterday when through all the reboots prior to call refreshed apps on box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer handler did try to help thought issue had rectified itself but sadly it came back later&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did read a post from a sky employee that they are aware of the issue &amp;amp; are working on it that was posted on the 4th Sept.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anyone who had same issue found a cure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel i will need to ask for a reduction in my charges as this seems sky cannot solve the issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would like to do a survey on hardware version and pixelation but there not allowed on these forums &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There does seem to be some correlation with main boxes that have an external PSU (as is my replacement) &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/U&gt;suffering with this issue; I havn't seen a post that contradicts this yet....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
