What are you trying to achieve?

The Sky Devialet box has only 1 HDMI and optical input. (No support for ARC)

So one of your devices will have to connect directly to the TV.

So,

1: Q to sound box (HDMI) to TV (HDMI) + BluRay to TV (HDMI) + TOSlink to sound box

2. Q to TV (HDMI) + TOSlink from Q to sound box + BluRay to sound box (HMDI) to TV (HDMI)

It won't be pretty and will require manual switching.

I have a Samsung DVD/Blue Ray player which the Sky engineer connected from my previous Sky HD+ box and Samsung TV to my Sky Q with no problems and no extra cables or connections. Sorry I can't say what the various connections are as they are not easily accessible. Good luck with your installation as the audio output on mine in 5.1 Surround Sound is excellent.
