    <description>&lt;P&gt;Turned the TV (Samsung Smart TV) as usual, switched back on and the sky screen just says No signal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;In the sources there is a red on/off icon by the HDMI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The upstairs sky mini dish is working fine .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could this just need a new HDMI cable?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you sure that the Television is switched to the correct HDMI in put for the Q box?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also is the Q box led Green?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't changed the HDMI in the source's option and the only one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It would appear that pressing sky on remote isn't turning the box on, it is amber only green if I turn &amp;nbsp;it on at the box&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First make sure that the TV is switched on and is &lt;STRONG&gt;switched to the HDMI input&lt;/STRONG&gt; to which the Q box is connected.&lt;BR /&gt;Then with the Q box switched on &lt;STRONG&gt;with green led illuminated&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Press&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Home 1 0 8 0 Home&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;on the Q box remote control.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Remove and refit the HDMI cable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then reboot your&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Television set.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Disconnect the television power lead for 30 sec then reconnect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you still have the same issue reboot the Q box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, I will give it a try tomorrow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Earlier I turned the tv off and the sky box for a few minutes but not in the order as you describe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under the stairs are huge bundles of cables and boxes for the sky, Sonos and Lord knows what else! &amp;nbsp;can't see the forest for the trees!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;just turned on LG tv and sky q box got a green light on sky box but tv screen says no signal to fix the problem all I did was pulled out hdmi on the tv then turned tv off on the wall for a few minutes put hdmi back in and tv back on and it seemed to reboot the tv and after a few seconds I got the sky signal back&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
