Sound issues

I have plugged my sky q box into a different tv but the picture is fine and can access all on sky with remote but no sound whatsoever it worked with the sound when the tv was being used upstairs with a Amazon stick so frustrating any one able to advise please???

hi @zoemarie

Check the setting in

Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual
Digital audio output HDMI

And try setting to Normal if it is not already
