    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having this exact issue - trying to log in on the phone and laptop using 2 different browsers before and after clearing history/cache.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any resolution for this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received emails from Sky saying to sign in to my Discovry plus but they are "unable to do this at the moment". How long will this last?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changing over to Sky Q has been the worst experience. I've been with Sky since 1993 and they cannot get anything right. A buch of 14 year old school people are better educated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to activate on my phone, my laptop by either clicking on the link in the Text I received or directly in the browser and the response is always the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I enter my Sky ID and then my password and then the following is displayed:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can't do that at the moment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We hope to have everything back to normal soon. Please try again later&lt;/P&gt;</description>
