I cannot access any tv at all. I've switched off and on twice and also reset. I've had the no satellite signal for months. It semi worked for a few weeks when we fiddled with where the signal went into the box. For months I've been downloading and using apps for TV, no live TV and unable to record anything. I've tried a number of ways to contact sky but was cut off when I finally thought I'd got through.
