&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately the Signal&amp;nbsp; strength meter on SKY Q can be misleading as it does not show the info for the channel you are watching but a test transponder set in an Engineers menu&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
