Tv picture breaking up mainly during the day less in the evening on bbc 1?

I've checked signal strength which is good and cleared dish of spiders Webb!

any ideas?

Unfortunately the Signal strength meter on SKY Q can be misleading as it does not show the info for the channel you are watching but a test transponder set in an Engineers menu

Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
