      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am suddenly not getting Eurosport HD or Sky Documentsries. When I go on them it says I need to upgrade - I hit upgrade but then it says I already have the channels. I rang the helpline and got bounced around five times over 40 minutes.
