I programmed my sky so that on itv I would get my local news. It's been absolutely fine but the last 3 weeks I can't get it I have to watch London news! Why?

What do you mean "programmed"? The ITV that appears on 103 is defined by your registered postcode.

I suspect manual entry of frequencies etc. but are prone to 'moving'...

If you go to settings then manual tuning I have itv1 this will automatically show me my local news and always has done, yet the last few weeks isn't! I'm not sure why.

Ah ok. I bet the frequency of that itv region has changed.

But to be honest this shouldn't be needed. ITV1 HD on 103 should give your local news. Contact Sky to get them to fix your local region to what it should be.

Thank you I think I will need to call them as there is no other way of contacting them- it's so hard

does bbc have the right region on your box?
