Using the same able that was plughe'd into the old TV and there was no issue then. It's theHDMI cable that came with the sky box. Bit of a coincidence if it's stopped working just as we replace the TV!

We've just replaced our TV and are getting the following message when we turn the sky box on: This screen does not support HDCP. Try reconnecting your HDMI cable, or use a different screen. I spoke to the LG technical team as reconnecting the HDMI cable makes no difference and they have said that it is a Sky issue not a TV issue. Any ideas?

If the cable was working fine on the old TV then it would seem to indicate the new TV is the issue...

Disconnect power lead for 30 secs and then reconnect to reboot the television.
