Did you ever get anywhere with this? In my scenario, I loose my WightFibre connection entirely (phone and broadband) and it doesn't re-establish itself... I have to physically switch my Plume box off and wait for everything to reconnect.

WightFibre are unable to find fault on my line and are blaming my Sky Q setup. A 2TB main and 2 Multirooms.

Its soo frustrating! Losing connection every 10-12 days or so.

I'm having a problem with WightFibre, which uses a Plume mesh, getting multiple MAC addresses for the sky Q boxes, which I'm told by Wightfibre support is causing me issues (running out of DHCP addresses, for one). They say:

"Unfortunately Sky boxes have an anti-competitive behaviour when connected to a 3rd party network connection & we found that the best set up for Sky boxes to when connected to our network is to have only the main box hardwired & the multiroom or mini boxes connected via WPS, otherwise it causes a network loop."

This makes no sense to me - it has been working for a couple of months with all boxes having wifi turned off, but has recently started to give issues.

Anybody any thoughts on this?

Yes, my thought is WightFibre might want to run that statement past their lawyers ; )

Its completely true tho. If you have Sky TV without Sky Broadband, they turn off the ability to utilise 5ghz connectivity on the boxes. Causing a plethora of issues with Mesh Wi-Fi Sollutions.
