Adding paramount plus

I upgraded my sky package today to include paramount plus. I am not sure how to access the channel as it asks me for my account details but when I enter my sky username and password it doesn't work

Hi @donnastornoway

You need to subscribe to Sky Cinema on Sky Q in order to get Paramount plus.

If you have only just added Sky Cinema today to your Package then you need to check that Cinema has been added.

If you can already access the Sky Cinema channels then it's possible to add Paramount plus free of charge.

To do this ensure you adhere to the procedure in the following link.
