Herrity apps won’t load

My telly says no satellite signal and I have a appointment for the 13th but I have still be able to use my apps on the sky box and know it's saying none of my apps are available at the moment please try later

Afraid that the Apps will only work for a short time without a Satellite signal

They have worked for the last 3 weeks because my wifi is connected ok. And my sky+ box upstairs the apps are still working on that box

Sky+ doesn't have apps. Do you mean a sky q mini?
