Sky Q Mini - Low battery

a bit of a strange one but here goes ....

I've got a new Q mini box and everything is working as it should .....

The remote which has new batteries is also paired to my TV.....

I never get the low remote battery warning whilst watching sky but when i'm watching something off a USB stick (directly plugged into the TV) i get the warning ...... 😕

The mini box has the latest software update ......

Anyone else experience the same issue ?

Nothing to do with the mini if you're not watching its video output.

The TV must be coming up with it, most likely about a battery in its own remote.

Can you get a photo of the message?

the low battery banner at the top of the screen is sky's battery banner not the one for the tv

I wouldn't have thought so if it's coming up when you are watching video from a USB stick. The sky box has no control over what is on-screen at that point.
