&lt;P&gt;then&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;rebooting the mini box&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if you need an engineer you need to contact Sky&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
