    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had SKY Q since 2016, and never got on with the "premium" remote that came with it, as it was way too sensitive when navigating with the touch pad. I think they updated them later with voice command and better touchpad.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, I used the supplied secondry remote back then (again without voice command) and it's been fine up until now,&amp;nbsp; as the volume buttons do not respond anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have reset the remote and re-paired, but the volume buttons just work when they want to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I went back to the premium remote but just hate the thing,&amp;nbsp; it's frustratingly too sensitive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a procedure to replace the secondry remote at all please (or even an up to date premium one)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you....&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/878090"&gt;@Technik21&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If your Sky Q remote is definitely &lt;STRONG&gt;broken/faulty, &lt;/STRONG&gt;if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (there is the possibility this is not available to customers in the ROI). &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-stolen-damaged-sky-q-equipment#get-in-touch" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-stolen-damaged-sky-q-equipment#get-in-touch&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the meantime it may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer / larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3328395"&gt;@Daniel0210&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; , thanks very much for the information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have managed to order a replacement from the link you provided.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the list of faults Sky was asking for, "sensitive touch pad " was in there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess this was a problem with the early main remotes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:"&gt;😀&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
