Update to HD for channel 5 catch up

Just had a Q box . Can watch and record Channel 5 in HD , but trying to catch up on CH5 , it tells me I need to update my Sky package to HD . I don't to pay for HD

Unfortunately that is a quirk that happens to be true - you can watch C5 live in HD but not download

in HD without the HD add on

Thus, as the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then when you try to down, load and watch you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)

You, probably, may find it better to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
