&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately that is a quirk that happens to be true - you can watch C5 live in HD but not download&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;in HD without the HD add on&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thus, as the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then when you try to down, load and watch you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You, probably,&amp;nbsp; may find it better to change your download preference to SD&lt;BR /&gt;Main Menu -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Setup -&amp;gt; Preferences &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
