You can't get the Text information service via a Sky Q box. You can only get it on older TV platforms but not Sky Q.

The interactive Red Button service from the BBC will deliver internet content, assuming the main Q box has a broadband connection and you have a BBC channel selected in the EPG. As @Daniel0210 indicates, the legacy text service doesn't exist in Sky Q: it was replaced by the online version which the BBC wanted everyone to be using, but were forced to suspend deployment after accessibility challenges.
