Stuck on recordings menu

When I press any button on the remote the screen won't change from the recording menu page.. it just flickers each time I press a button.... I havevunpmugged and re booted several times still the same

Check the "Sky" button at the top of your remote isn't stuck down. Lots of people think this is just a logo on the remote but it's actually a button that opens the recording menu.
