I am getting a technical issue message when trying to view on the red button on Sky+ witha code WTG4.

I have tried 3 software updates and have also unplugged the box about 3 times and still not getting anywhere

What are you trying to access via the red button? as some red button features don't work with Sky Plus and are only available on the newer platforms

I have a new sky Q box , i can watch it on my mini box in the spare room but getting this error on my main sky Q box
