    <description>&lt;P&gt;So telly works perfect through mini box but soon as connect to sky box just a blank screen, tested all 3 ports same blank screen,can stream Netflix,Disney over wi-fi and free LG channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This all started when telly just&amp;nbsp; randomly started flicking on off on off with lots of wavey lines running through screen,got sky to send new Q box but same fault, when I say tv on off I mean screen going from displaying program to blank screen like a strobe light&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried rebooting your Q box?&lt;BR /&gt;To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by "won't connect"? What do you get on-screen? Are you testing it in the same hdmi input port? Are both boxes set to the same output resolution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried rebooting,no joy just a blank screen,Tried the home 1080 home no joy,just a blank screen, it seems as if the signal coming out the Q box is somehow different to mini box and my telly just won't respond to it,I'm at my wits end,both boxes work on an older Panasonic telly, I've made sure output resolution are the same on tv an both boxes,really don't want to buy new telly and find it's still doing it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If both boxes are set to 1080i there should be no difference in the signal. Same cable. Very very strange. I'll escalate this one in case thr Sky online team can diagnose. Watch out for a chat bubble.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
