Hi - we had to unplug our Sky Q box due to building works. I have plugged it in but it doesn't seem to work. It has a continuous red light. The TV upstairs doesn't work either now. On the forums people say switch off and unplug then back on again but that doesn't work. Or press and hold the reset button on Sky Q but there is nothing that looks like a reset button on the Sky Q box. Indeed it has barely any buttons that you can press just one that looks like a "pairing" button. HELP! Don't want to miss the footy! Paul

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
