Remote not working sky q mini box

My mini box sky q remote got broke from the kids so ordered a new and they sent 2 paired one to the tv and it worked for about 20 mins before completely stopped working and no lights lighting up exactly the same with the second remote too, tired to repair them, reset the whole tv tried 7&9 and 1&3 nothing is working! Please help!
