&lt;P&gt;First reset your remote to infrared&lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. &lt;BR /&gt;In infrared mode it will work the Q box but needs direct line or sight. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Once you get the box working you can re pair the remote&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With the Qbox on with green led make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
