Sky q box isnt working nothing is loading theough my tv although hdmi cable on tv is giving the option for sky q setting but nothing is displaying for sky

Exactly what is happening with mines i am wondering whats not working the TV, HDMI or the SKY Q

It cant be the HDMI with me because I can see the sky menus etc it's just showing a blank screen when I pick anything to watch. I'm gonna rebook and it that doesn't work it must be a sky outage or something

Is yours showing any Sky menus?

Maybe it's a setting on your TV. Maybe a different HDMI port?
